Why Slag Dryer ?
Normally we are getting Blast Furnace Slag with avg.
10%
moisture . It is not possible to feed mass amount of
slag in
the grinding mill if slag contains moisture.
In
view of adding 25 ~30 % slag (as additive) in our
new
grinding mill, slag dryer was installed so that slag
with
only 1%(max.) of moisture can be used.
Operation :
It is fully PLC
operated plant. We have
tested the plant without load.
Commercial run will be stared after
getting the gas line connection.
