Job Location: Hongkong
Job description:
-
Take on a very detail and
hands-on role in managing the
day-to-day financial accounting,
management reporting, HK
taxation, payment cycles,
compliance and commercial
support works e.g.
Agreement/terms review.
-
Manage the Multi Company budget,
forecast, financial projection.
-
Develop/enhance internal control
mechanism, systems and improve
the workflows and procedures.
-
Develop and document the control
procedures for execution.
-
Provide timely month end,
quarterly and year-end financial
statements and analysis for HK
and BVI Companies.
-
Group Consolidation, legal and
Tax related information to
management.

Requirements:
|
|
|
-
Qualified CPA with a
finance/accounting related
degree.
-
Min 7 years supervisory
experience in finance and
accounting.
-
I/E Trading, Shipping,
Manufacturing industry exposure
as well as audit experience.
-
Familiar with HK company
ordinance and other compliance
requirement.
-
Strong leadership skills and the
willingness to take on more
responsibilities and possess the
confidence and ability to manage
Hong Kong and overseas staff.
-
Proactive, good analytical
thinking and be able to work
under pressure and meet
deadline.
-
Good command of spoken and
written English, Cantonese and
Mandarin will be highly
regarded.
-
High level of presentation and
computer skills in Excel,
PowerPoint.
-
Knowledge in FLEX accounting
software.
